Improvement of internal systems on system engineering and system assurance
Set up a System Engineering Framework for the Client including the production of the procedures for Interface Management, Testing and Commissioning Management, Project Risk Management, Preliminary Hazard Analysis (PHA) & Interface Hazard Analysis (IHA) Management and System Assurance Management.
KDL had conducted a complete assessment on the capability of the entire company so as to derive a competence matrix on various aspects of system assurance and system engineering. This served as the basis for the subsequent training sessions to be conducted by KDL to the relevant Client’s staff. In addition, a Hazard Identification workshop was conducted as led by KDL in order to identify all the major hazards for the company in carrying out their project works. Towards the end, training courses were held for the Client’s staff with KDL expert trainers on three key subjects, Operations and Maintenance consideration for railway, System Assurance processes and System Interfaces and Integration.
